Horrible Service from Cell C and C surance

<p>I have been double billed by Cell C for a Iphone 5 that I have never owned from Cell C. I fought with Cell C last month to remove the insurance on this phone as I dont have one. Even after this has been cancelled I still get billed for Insurance, How can Cell C first of all approve insurace on my account without my permision I.E when I phone Cell C they ask me all these security questions, So who authorized this?? and when will I get my money credited or back in my account. It is ridiculous to bill someone twice for something they dont have. Even after to speaking to C surance this morning the gentleman confirmed that everything was cancelled but it is an account issue with Cell C. Please explain how when something is cancelled the account still gets debited??? </p>
