Horrible Service from Cell C

My name is Mpho Ndou, i have a contract with Cell C since 2008. I was due for an upgrade last year. On the 10 May i called Cell C requesting an upgrade to the new Huawei P30 lite for R299 per month. i have called Cell C more than 6 times, i spoke to Levard, Sipho, Tumelo and a whole lot of people who keep on telling me they will get back to me. Levard promised to call me back before Thursday (16 May 2019). he never did. I received a message with the complaint number ********** 529. My problem is every time I call it seems like I'm applying for a new contract because no one is willing to tell me if there is something wrong. More importantly I have a contract with Cell C that i never requested as they just decided to extend my former contact with new terms and conditions that i have never agreed to.
