HORRIBLE service from CELL C

Sent phone for repairs in NOVEMBER 2014 and still have not had issue resolved. Sent phone in at the store on a C surance insurance claim and received a sms on the 3rd of DEC 2014 that phone was at repair centre in midrand. I have had to send the claim forms to c surance 4 times and still no dice. Eventually I received a notification that my phone was back in store(28 JAN 15). It was. In EXACTLY the same condition as when i sent it in. NO repairs had been done WHATSOEVER!!!! <br> <br> I cannot believe the terrible level of service that I have received from C surance. I regret moving to cell c more than anything else that i have done in the past year. The store staff at longbeach are always friendly and helpful but they are powerless to resolve the issue. In the mean time I have been paying the instalment on a phone that i have not had for over 2 months!!!<br> <br> DO NOT USE C SURANCE!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT ORGANISATION AND SERVICE!!!!
