HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM CELL C
Worst service delivery that I have seen in my entire life. Just to get hold of anyone or for anyone to call you back to apply for a contract is impossible. Customer service email does not respond to any emails. To cancel an online application because of pathetic service is even more difficult. I held on for almost 20min that is 1 was transferred to 5 different people. Your service is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!084 145 NO BODY PICKS UP AT ALL

04 Aug 2022, 16:07Please don't lie in you response. You dont have stock online that is why i am still sitting like a fool and waiting on a pphone to be delivered. I called Monday to apply was told ample stock today i called again sorry no stock application has not been approved because of no stock. stop bull****ting customers. nobody informed me that there is no stock i made a lot of calls over 3 days to cell c, you guys are really pathetic please employ competent staff who wants to work.
