Horrible service!!!!

A few days ago, my prepaid sim card randomly stopped working and when I used another phone to call the number, it went to voicemail however for a completely different number. I then contacted Cell C to get some help and I was put through to a lady named Khanya or Khanyi. I explained my situation to her and her entire tone and attitude over the phone was extremely unprofessional. She seemed to be in a huge hurry to provide answers to questions that I wasn't asking at all. She proceeded to cut me off mid-conversation and speak over me. I just wanted to know why my sim card stopped working and she then said something about it being "a normal thing to happen" and that I SHOULD NOT do a swim swap until the number starts working on its own again. If she had been actively listening, she would understand that the issue was not with the number but the sim card. After I asked to speak to a supervisor, she placed me on hold only to lie and say "ALL the managers were in a meeting". It doesn't make sense to be working in a customer service environment if you don't want to provide a service.
