Horrible Service

So my Cell C contract reached its 2 year period so I had called in to confirm that I do not want the contract to continue. Even if the period ends apparently the contract continues as prepaid. Not only is the network ********** but the service is a nightmare. I cancelled but still they debiting money from my account, I even stated that I dont want the prepaid thing to continue. If your call is transferred you will hold till you eventually hang up.
