Horrible service

I've been debited over 5 days after my debit date for the past 3 months, I have to call you to remind you that your debit hasn't gone off??? I've asked for settle all my contracts and asked for the amount I owe you, the call centre can't help me I was informed to email customer care 7 days later no response. Today I was called for an upgrade told the agent I want settle and cancel my contracts I was told to hold one he will transfer me but the call was cut????? What is going on ??????
