Horrible Service

All the time I have to follow up just for you guys to finish anything. You always do your jobs half done and give zero care about us people who are suffering from your services! Your security sucks and your customer care is so bad. I fail to understand why you are still operating. My life is stuck because of an account I did not even open and you fail to remove me from SAFPS even after sending me a confirmation letter confirming that the account is **********. This is really annoying
