Horrible service Cell C Fibre

Horrible experience with Cell C Fibre to the home and non-existent customer service! I am continuously being harassed for money I don't owe and when I try to address the issue with the agents from the call centre no one is able to tell me what is that amount for and after I submit all proofs of payment to every agent that I speak to no one ever comes back to me and I keep receiving threats of my service being suspended at month end!

So far NOTHING has changed, I forwarded the required pfoofs of payment and no one followed up as usual! I received another email from collection queries requesting the proofs of payment AGAIN! I did send it for like the 100th time to the 100th person for nothing to follow after! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE and still HORRIBLE!!!

So 2 months after I initially contacted Cell C and a month and a half after posting on Hello Peter and over 20 different people I dealt with NOTHING has been achieved because every single employee that has contacted me or I've contacted via the call centre NEVER followed up after receiving my proofs of payment, not on of them!!!! On top of everything my service was suspended on Friday evening conveniently provided that I've never missed or was late with a payment. INCOMPETENCE AND ARROGANCE AT ANOTHER LEVEL! CELL C FIBRE ARE ******* AND ******!
