Horrible Service
I've been inContact with Cellc since October regarding my paid up letter and them removing my device contract from my ITC report as it's been paid up. Every time I call in I get told I will receive my paid up letter within 48 hours. It's been 3 months and nothing.

I was contacted to be advised that you do not have a turn around time as to when I will receive my paid up letter that I have been requesting for 3 months? So after 3 months you are still unable to assist me? The service is horrible.
If I'm going to receive a call back make sure it's in line with me receiving my paid up letter and the device being removed from my ITC record.
