Horrible Service!!

I sent an email on the 07th of Sep advising my father is deceased which happened in July already and the contracts need to be cancelled to date no one has called me back , Calling the call centre brings no joy as i am told to call legal directly call legal and the ivr says they are experiencing a technical fault , no payment is being made on this account as cancellation has been requested a death certificate sent .
