Horrible service

I entered into an agreement with Cell C, they decided to break it and say they no longer offer discounts which is not what we agreed on or signed for otherwise I wouldn’t have entered into an agreement. I’m unhappy because now it is appearing on my credit report, it is indirectly affecting me and I want it to be removed as a matter of agency. I’m expecting a call from them now to rectify this.
