Horrible service At Centurion Mall

Went to centurion mall cell c in my specially organised lunch intending on buying a non-rica'd sim so I could do a swim swap later after work. Lone and behold I was told I had to do it there, that i could not buy a non-rica'd sim, and then I couldn't even do the sim swap there because the sim (even though been used by me since it was bought), is rica'd under my dads name. When i phone cell c customer care, I spoke too a lovely lady by the name of Zama who told me that this was in fact wrong - they should let me buy a sim for just R1. So I called them (Cent Mall cell c) and again, told me that it was impossible that I cant buy a non-rica'd sim, and they couldn't confirm as no manager was there. I then went to call Irene Cell c and then they told me the same thing that the lady from customer care told me, that i can buy a non-rica'd sim for a sim swop,

I now wasted my time and resources trying to go to this store and to get things done. I am frustrated cause I have been with Cell C for 8 years and I have never had to fight like this before, all because of one store is ***********.
