Horrible service at Cell C Pinecrest

Good Day, I would like to share my experience I received at Cell C Pine Crest Mall. I went on Friday(11/06/21) afternoon to take out a 3rd contract with Cell C(Home Connect) and was assisted by Clinton Govender who confirmed that the Home Connect contract will work at my residence as I gave him my address. I then decided to take the prepaid option but when I went home the data sim didn't work, I then returned to the store on Saturday and then Sunday and no one could assist me. I left my details with Clinton as he said that he will get the manager and then area manager to call me but no one has called up till date. I also called the store and spoke to Clinton who said that the manager will call me and spoke to Ayanda also, still no call from Cell C. I am considering cancelling my other 2 contracts with this terrible service I received.
