Horrible service at cell c
So i have been calling cell c non stop ,i have previously complained on this platform think my queries will be attended but even now non of my queries where resolve i did write emails as they kept on requesting me to send them an email but nothing at all from cell c ,when it come to customer. They are the worst network in the world am complaining for the third time on this platform but still nothing and i have made countless calls to their call center to resolve my issues but nothing even today

2. *** with this is been escalated where i will receive feedback within the next 24-48 hours but still nothing
3 .*** Here am told i need to go to the store and i should expect response after 7 days ,How possible is this ,why is cell c treating they customers this way
With all these no resolution whatsoever
I dont even think this will help
