Horrible service at cell c

Hi after a week Cell C is no closer in solving my case and I am still being given the run around by *********** people nor knowing how to perform their duties or who is responsible for what in their organization,I just hope you out there don't go through the same thing because Cell C is one bad apple to deal with.
