Horrible service as always.

Worse service yet again. I have had my debit order being taken on the last day of the month all of a sudden this month its taken mid June and now my phone is blocked. The person i spoke to yesterday said I'm lying about the date. Anyway her explanation was not getting anywhere cause my debit order is usually for two phones now only for one how idiotic are you people? I have not called to change this date since 2017 Feb. Can someone reverse my bank charges as the error is on their side. Can i get my balances I want to close this account.
