Horrible Service and No Stock

My upgrade is due on the 27th of this month. I phoned Cell C in Welkom to find out if the phone I am interested in is in stock. They responded that there is no stock. I phoned head office to find out if they have stock. Head office do have stock. I phoned the Welkom branch to ask if they can get me the phone from Head Office where they informed me that they cant. If I take the phone from Head Office I pay more per month for the phone. I am not happy with the bad service for another upgrade. My last upgrade was the same. I went to the Welkom branch and asked for the phone that I wanted. They told me two weeks for delivery. Then there were excuses after the other. I had to wait two months after my upgrade when I phoned Head Office to complain. They send me my phone which I received after a few days. I am sorry but I am switching service provider as Cell C is a disappointment. I will not recommend Cell C to anyone
