Horrible service and consultants not aware of own products

I phoned 2 consultants with regards to the "pay bill assist" which is a product listed on their website. This is where you can claim for a maternity benefit/ illness benefit etc. at no extra cost on your cell c contract. NONE of the consultants were aware of the product and each one of them dropped the phone in my ear. I am very disgusted with the service and level of unprofessional behaviour.
