Horrible service and attitude

<p>Hi My Name Mbali, i called in this morning with the hope that i will get help with blocking my cellphone in order to get an ITC Number as required for insurance purposes. I spoke to very RUDE lady with an attitude By the name of NQOBILE HLONGWANE( call reference ********** 048484) from kzn cell call centre. she was no help actually was not willing to help i would talk and she just keeps quiet for like 2minutes when i asked her why she was was quiet she said " i should say when i am done talking".she told me my ID was not on the system of which is just impossible because i ricad in order to port to cell c. i told her i was gonna rate her call, so she tranferred me to a random store. HOW RUDE IS that. i asked her to check and investigate why my id is not on the system when i just called this morning and i wasnt told the story she was telling me. She said that was not her job. she needs more training on customer service. THAT WAS A BAD SERVICE and i hope we wont have to deal with such in the foresable future. please attend to the call reference.</p>
