HORRIBLE SERVICE - AFTER 1 MONTH OF CONTRACT!!!

<p>I signed up with Cell c for a 24 month cellphone contract in April, I was promised I would recieve a 1GIG data for the next 3 months as it was part of the promo. Everything was well arranged and I even spoke with the manager who agreed that I will definitely receive the data. ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER IN MAY- NO DATA! I sent through emails to the consultant who promised it would be sorted out, I also phoned the customer care countless times and was promised my complaint is escalated and will be dealt with ASAP...It's nearly June now and still nothing about my data from Cell c yet money has been debited off from my account yesterday!</p> <p>Guess what cell c, I will reversing that amount before the end of business day today...you broke our contract of agreement so you didnt follow or engage in your 'own' terms of agreement. And for that matter, I NEVER approached you for a cellphone contract offer... If I don't receive data in a week's time again, I promise I will reverse the debit order yet again by end of June. I REGRET EVER SIGNING UP WITH YOU...I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!</p>
