Horrible service
<p>I recently lost my phone and seeing that I have insurance with cell c I thought replacing my phone would be straight forward but after going to the Southgate store and a week of calling their call centre I still have not had any confirmation that my claim has been received. my claim/ticket number is 708787 and this was submitted over a week ago with no word as to whether it's been apposed I have been paying for insurance for over 3 years and the one time I claim I get such poor service this is uncceptable and *********</p>
We really not impressed to learn of the service rendered and will be taking this up with the relevant department.
