Horrible service

<p>I had insured my phone with C surance. I paid the excess fee a month ago but i am still waiting for my phone( which was supposed to take 5 days to arrive)i have been calling their call centre every day for the past 3 weeks but i never get through. I am utterly disgusted by this and i have lost patience. And as a cherry on top..Cell c calls me to offer me another contract while i wait for my phone. The nerve just nausiates me. Luckily my contract expires next month and i sure as hell will not be renewing it or taking an upgrade. Sies</p>
