Horrible service
I just spoke to Nakedi. Definitely not someone one wants to speak to on a Monday morning. She was rude and when challenged she dropped my call.

08 Sept 2025, 12:29i had to call back and the 4th person i spoke to eventually resolved my query. Something Nakedi did not want to do. She has the listening skills of a rock. Shout out to Bright who sorted out my issue in 2 minutes
