Horrible service
<p>I have cancelled my Cell C Contract. When i called 48 hours later to confirm cancellation, the agent told me the contract is still active. I asked her why, she hung up on me. </p>

It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
