horrible service

<p>I called the cell c call center after I lost my phone only to be told that they cannot pick up information on my number which I found very strange which I then called again after a month then I was told that they can see my info but now they can't assist with a sim swap because I do not remember the last number I called ...I then requested to be asked any other security questions as it is not possible for me to remember that information then requested to speak to a manager for assistance which I spoke to another agent by the name of busisiwe who couldn't assist me that was not even the manager and kept putting me on mute and was rude and didn't know what she was doing .I am very frustrated as I need my number back I regret the day I ported my number to cell c they are a bunch of useless and pathetic idiots .</p>
