Horrible service

I have been a customer of cell c and i keep getting terrible service on top of another terrible service. I called on the 28th of March 2024 requesting to cancel my contract. I was told to pay a certain amount as the contact was still active and that they can only cancel once i have settled that amount. I paid it, called them again on the 03/4/2024 regarding cancelation spoke to Alina who told me pay again a certain amount because i didn't cancel in March nit sure how as i called on the last working day of the month. She told she can only cancel the contract once i have paid Iit, paid because i want this canceled, she told me it will take 24 hours to reflect and to call after. I called today 04/04/2024 i speak to this lady who now tells me she cant cancel the contract and i have to settle the bill for this month, she does not know what the amount that i paid yesterday was for. Like what kind of horrible service is this. Cell c please cancel my contract i paid what you wanted me to pay. I can't keep hearing different stories from your consultants, don't you use the same system. Please cancel it as soon as today.
