Please note that a credit note was prepared not a refund. A credit note is allocated into your Cell C account and a refund is allocated into your bank account.

The money has been allocated into your Cell C account as a credit note was prepared, therefore you will not be getting any money. Please refer to the previous feedback from us, where the difference between a refund and a credit note was explained.
