Horrible Service!

Good day

All i need is a feedback that seems like it is being dug from the Kimberley hole. I have a pending case of black listing a device that has been running from the 7th/09, till to date i have not received any feedback, even after they asked for 24 to 48 hours turn around time. I keep on calling and no one is willing to help, i even asked to be put through a senior person whom i can speak to, they all gave excuses saying they cannot. One who promised to help said the manager will call me and that has been over two hours ago. I have been a loyal customer of this network provider and do not think this behavior is justified.
