Horrible service

It's been over 2-3 years; I've been asking you guys to remove yourself on my ITC or provide me with a letter so that I can dispute this information with Clearscore and Experian but we on are on year 3 and it's still appearing a R70 on my ITC with an active status. This is horrible service.
