Horrible Service

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have been receiving from Cell C. Last year December on the 15th of December I cancelled my contract with Cell C paid it off and still went back to the store to show them the proof of payment so that they could close my account. On the 6th of January I called Cell C to ask them to close my account because on ITC the account was showing as though it was in arrears. I was told I would get a paid up letter which would take a week. I have been calling Cell C almost every week for the past month and I am still waiting every time I am told the supervisor will call me and the legal department is working on it. I was told a case has been open, this was on the 4th of February 2021 20 later days I call and I get the same story that the case is open. I then asked the consultant if I could please speak to the supervisor or manager. I was told my call is being transferred I was literally on hold for 15 minutes for my call to get cut. I called again and every time I call back I must explain my story all over again because apparently they can't access their notes.

All I want is a paid up letter, Cell C to close my account and for ITC to be updated.
