Horrible service

<p>I have taken out a contract in December with Cell C within the first 2 days the phone was send in for repairs and they sent me a new phone.It has been in 4 times with the same problems, they have send me in total "2 new phones" but it keeps on having the same problems. The last time the phone went in I asked for a credit on the phone and that they give me a different phone but the request was never sent to repairs center and the phone went in for repairs again. I have been been with out a phone now for more then a month and spoken to every manager and still today no one has given me a solution and no one knows where the phone is and with cell c's new upgrade system in repairs is has even been more then a nightmare. I am paying for something with I don't have the privilege of using and they are just deducting my account. I have been speaking to the manager at cell bluff they just ignore my calls since friday. I have spoken to myra at the repairs centre on monday morning but I have since called a few times requesting her to phone me back but they just don't. I am just so tired of phoning everyone and driving everywhere and they just don't respond.</p>
