Horrible service

<p>I have tried contacting the Cell C Legal Department 7 times in the last 2 months with the same query: my account is paid up now remove me from the Credit Bureau listing! NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE even after waiting on the line for 15 -20 minutes, whether I phone them directly or get transferred from the main call centre??</p>
