Horrible Service

I was a customer with them since 2017, I used to love them but now I'm no longer happy they ruin my itc. Now on itc it shows that I have two contracts with them. I don't understand because I've closed my account in July. Since August I've been calling them to give me a paid up letter to show that I don't owe them anything but even 2day I'm waiting for them. Worse part it's the fact that they list me on ITC when I was a loyal customer.
