Horrible service
I've had a contract in the past with cell c for two years and it was a 2 for 1 deal and all went well till recently..... My contract ended in December and they did not inform me that after the contract ended I had to call in and cancel it myself.... Til recently I found out that they've still been taking the 280 per month and on to top it off I opened a data bundle deal for 129 per month in June and to my surprise cell c withdrew 1100 from my account in 2 consecutive months ???? I called in to claim my money back and all they could say was I can't claim it back and lots of BS THAT I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND BUT I WAS FUMING cell c is a bunch of ********** I swear and I wil never do any business with them ever again... I have since cancelled the contract but they told me I need to pay for the end of this month and due to their 30day policy I need to pay for next month as well????????????????????????????????????how the hell do these people operate

Apologies for the delayed response, we were experiencing technical difficulties.
In line with the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in order to have your contract cancelled on its maturity date.
If this agreement is not cancelled during the contract period or on expiry of the contract period and is not renewed, then this agreement will run for the contract period and then on a month-to-month basis until the agreement is cancelled.
