horrible service

I had an account with Cell c a couple of years back of which I stopped paying at some point when I was not working, I was handed over and I settled this account of r260 last year but to this day Cell C is still appearing on my itc report, I called the lawyers (nudebt management) and they said Cell C should have removed it and not them, I have been trying to call the legal department or the call centre and I just get transferred and the call is not answered until it6 drops...what am I suppose to do because this is affecting my credit score badly and I have pad you?
