Horrible service

I have phoned your offices as I am due an upgrade and spoke to one of your consultants regarding an upgrade. I have been with Cell C for many years now and have had 2 contracts with them for about 3-4 years and never have I been told that someone will get back to me. because they have to do security checks on me, and BTW as far as I know any and all security checks are done while I am on the phone with the person, to let me know what upgrade choices I have. It has been how long that I have been waiting for a call regarding my upgrade and I am totally disgusted with the service that I received from Cell C.
