Horrible service

Cell C... great at advertising, suck at actual service!!! So, I was approached by Cell C, not the other way around. So after being with one provider for many years, I decided to give Cell C a opportunity to show me what I have been missing out on. Agreed upon a contract... 10 working days later... received my product...within opening the package, found it faulty...so I had to drive...30km to the nearest Cell C show...stand in a massive queue... then eventually...a consultant confirmed...yes, your product you waited for, it is not working...WHAT A SURPRISE!!!<br> <br> Now the procedure to be followed... : sir, yes...the product you received just now, it is not working...even though you are at a Cell C store... you have to phone head office.<br> Head office: sir... the first debit order will still take place in 48hours...uhm, why do I have to pay, for something that was confirmed, just now...is not working...then, I have to wait 7working days, for someone to come and fetch my device...wait another 7days for inspection... to tell me what was confirmed, just now.. that my device is not working!!!<br> <br> So my queries:<br> Not once, was I told sorry for getting something faulty... <br> Not once, was helped in a
