Horrible Service

Six weeks ago I receive a handset Microsoft Lumia dual sim 430 only to discover that one of the simcard ports does not work. I called cell c the following day and I was told that someone was going to collect it for repairs but no one ever did. I called again two weeks back and was made the same promise, but nothing happened. I called again on the 18th of this month but no one has come to collect the phone. I am so frustrated that I do not ever want to deal with Cell C ever again. I just want them to come ad collect this piece of garbage and get the hell out of my life so I do not have to deal with them ever again.
