Horrible Service

I bought a tablet, smartphone and wifi router. The tablet and phone connects to the internet on their own data but the wifi doesn't want to connect. I lodged a complaint on 30/7/2015 they told me a technician will be in contact with me within 5 days I'm still waiting for a response all they tell me when I call is that someone will contact me within the hour. I have called 4 times now.
