horrible service

I logged a complaint on helo peter on the 12/02 regarding cell ce refusing to black list my phone after it was ******.They said they would log a complaint for me which they did not do as when I call the head office they tell me a compaint will be logged its been more than a week without any calls frm cell c from what so ever. i spoke to sifiso mbatha who is a team leader from kzn he was really rude to me syaning its my fault they did not register my number i should have checked wheni ricard that they had registered the number. no 1 has called me or tryed to assist me no1 has even called me i have called everyday from the 11/02 till today but stil have not been assisted i have logged a complaint with icasa this morning hoping they would assist me.
