Horrible service

Appalled at the lack of Customer service. Got a contract about 5 weeks ago stated wish to keep my old number which I am using for most my life. Only to receive a new number. Been trying since then to get it corrected. Was called to say it's going to cost me R250 to do so. My question is why the cost when I didn't mess up. Their go to line is we will have to listen to the recording and call you back. No one does. The agents lack Customer care also no knowledge of their services ever so sorry I took out this contract. Why don't they try 1 call resolution and stop having 1000 departments who are clueless.
