Horrible service

I recently took out a contract with cell c and have complained numerous times about an issue with the phone that doesn't allow me to make calls, they have given me pins to reset the setting and this does not work as well as the phone just says "can't connect". I have also been trying to call regarding adding the insurance but I keeping getting transfered to a line that does not answer.

Please urgently assist as the service is **********.
