Horrible place

Hi

I have several cellphone contracts with Cell C and a data plan that was initially a month to moth plan how ever the lady that works at Cell C durban City View her name is Lolly , she upgraded my contract to a 24 month contract without my approval unfortunately cell c customer care could not assist me . That was not the last incident , they then gave me a sim claiming its free promotional data but I was charged for that .cell C will never see me again . I will just pay off all my contracts and move.
