Horrible phone call etiquette

Just had a phone call with “the manager” of Cell C blue route - well claiming to be the manager. Not giving the correct information then when questioned says like I just mentioned there’s a back log…. Told her you never mentioned that, it’s the first time I’ve heard that and she said well I’m telling you now. I asked to speak to a manger and she said she was the manager, clearly isn’t as when I was there last week there was no existing manager. Needless to say I’m pretty rattled about the phone call and pretty furious - and nowhere closer to the info I needed regarding my phone. It wasn’t the lady that been there for 7 years nor was it miche. It was a lady I haven’t spoken to yet. Phone call was at 16:07 1 December 2022
