HORRIBLE, PATHETIC, USELESS

Had contracts with this company and they were debiting my account monthly, cancelled them they continued to debit after cancellation, and they claimed they don't have records instead they have a pending upgrade which I did not agree to. I requested them to cancel debit order as they are messing up my bank account, hell no they continued. I called customer care their agent Nontobeko Jele was as useless as the company, what the hell did I expect? she could not provide answers to my questions, and she refused to transfer me to the team leader Temba is his name nor her manager and had the audacity to tell me as a client that no cell c customer has the privilege to speak to the manager, how f*****ed up is that? instead, she promised to tell him to call me before c.o.b the 4th May, still waiting. I can't wait for Jul to come and cancel my contract and give MTN a chance. The network is even poor, all you get is no service and emergency calls only . Useless Useless Useless
