Horrible Organisation
Just received a message from Cell C stating as of the 13/03/2019 the Whatsapp Bundle price will be going up again. This from the same organisation that still charges out of bundle rates contrary to the legislation set forth by ICASA.Cell C you will not be in existence in the next 5 years.

Yes, the WhatsApp bundle will be increased from R 17.00 to R 20.00 (incl. VAT) as from the 13 March 2019. The bundle will continue to offer customers 1 GB of data that is valid for 30 days and still remains the best value-for-money 30-day WhatsApp bundle in the market.
The out of bundle rates are inline with the legislation set by ICASA.
