Horrible network Cell C
Please if you are considering taking a contract with Cell C, STOP ! Bad bad horrible service, my number was cancelled for no reason and trying to to activate my number is a nightmare, it seems that when ever you call the call centre they do things to your account and no one take responsibility, I’ve been passed from pillar to post for assistance no one is helping not the area manager, things are done ********* Cell C poor service, please people worst customer service and worst network, it’s really what it stands for “Cell C for yourself “

01 May 2023, 23:34No it was not I was advised in the store I settled the account before 120 days it shouldn’t have been cancelled, you cancelled my number which I had for more thank 5 yrs , with out saying anything, the store in Somerset west looked at the payment host and confirm that its was settled in less than 120 days, a guy in JHB head office cancelled the number, and apparently it’s not the first time he does it. No one gets faces the consequences, I want my number back if it’s on prepaid please

I just call the call centre and agent dropped my call how rude! , they tell me my number can’t be reinstated, please sort this out
