A one star rating for cell c is actually like paying them a compliment. They should receive a rating of MINUS 10 million stars. I recently asked for an upgrade and now my account is so horribly wrong, being overcharged to the tune of 150% of actual advertised monthly charge. When complaining to the customer services division, promised are made but nothing is done to adjust the account. Money is taken from your account at exorbitant rates, and the ******s at Cell C don't care how many times you complain. You are trapped in a never ending loop, with monies being debited to your account at the whim of Cell C. I wish I could take them to court for all their thievery and frustration they cause. TAKE THAT, you banana-eating ******s!!!!!
