Horrible, horrible customer care at Cell C

The most confused and utterly *********** customer care department I have ever come across. My simple request was to upgrade my data plan to a higher level but what ensued was a total meltdown of my account with Cell C. They managed somehow to hash and rehash my account until it not only remotely acceded to my request and ended up charging me far in excess of what a simple upgrade would have costed. When I pointed out this anomaly to their customer care consultant, she immediately responded by sending me an sms confirming that a reversal of extra charges would be made to my August22 month end debit order. Nothing of the sort ever took.place and I was promptly charged the higher totally ****ed-up amount. I then requested that ALL my contracts with Cell C be terminatef as I was thoroughly disgusted with their incompetence. They managed to **** up this request as well, and still let my original data plan be re-instated without seeking my permission. Cell C has a bunch of ******s working in their accounts and customer care departments.
